sir, I bought the stamp paper on 5-3-2013, but I cannot register for articleship till now(7-4-2013). heard that register for articleship within 30 days of the stamp paper. Whether can I use the same stamp paper dated 5-3-2013 for my article registration?

I have a "Bill of entry" Duty mention on the invoice give below format. please tell me about which duty credit taken in cenvat register.
Example:-
Custom Duty 4% = 100.00
Excise Duty 12% = 200.00
Custom Edu.Cess = 4.00

Total = 366.00
