Agm due date and late filing fees

dear sir
1) date of incorporation of pvt. ltd co. is 10th oct 2011, what is due date of 1st agm
2) if agm held on 31st dec 2012 and any documents not yet(4th apr 2013) filed what is late filing fee.
please reply need further suggestion

Generally the AGM should be held within 1 year from last AGM. In case of first year the AGM can held within 15 months. In your case AGM has been done in time. Now, you upload the papers computer will compute the filing fee as the same is based on authorised capital.
