I have a query. There is a reverse charge mechanism in case of "Goods Transported by Road". Is such reverse charge applicable to Courier Agency using service of goods transport agency.

For A.y. 2013-14 we have to file audit report.My question is that whether we had to file only Form 3CA/b & 3CD or we had to file Trading , Profit & loss account & balance sheet also

how much is limit of paid of cash in one day in the manufacturing co.and in the year how much bill should be in job work than we deduct tds

I have retired from service on 31/01/2013.
No salary or pension received till date from 01/02/2013.
I have paid my tax for F.Y. 2012-2013
(A.Y. 2013-2014)only by today (on 26/06/2013)
(TAX - Rs.46,360/- + Edu. Cess 3% Rs.1,391/- Totally Rs.47,751/- as self assessment tax.

Whether any fine / penalty to be paid may pl.be intimated.(for which amount? at what rate? and how much?

1. Abc co. purchased steel material of Rs. 240000 ( Including vat 14.5% )

Then on the time of payment we are paid the actual tax - invoice amount with detucting the Tds rate on the total sum of Tax - invoice to vendor but question is i,e vat & Tds is going in the Government treasury.

My quest. is that when we calculating the tds rate we want to calculate on the actual materil price Or including vat price

if Including vat Or service tax why ?

Please guide me on this case with vat,tds & service tax solutions.

for Purchase of Plant & Machinery from a Company of Sigapore. Bank Charges interest of SGD 2334.50. Will this interest be capitalised or not?

I have filed TDS Return for 3rd quarter of 2012-13. In which I have omitted to include the deductees' name for 2 challans.

Subsequently I filed C3 return and still it is not processed in TDSCPC and the amount is not credited to the respective deductees.

Please suggest me how to give TDS certificates to the deductees
