i am manufacturing pvc pipes and paying exercise duty on the same. I am also assembling/manufacturing hand pumps for which pvc pipe is a raw material. My Children Tuition Fee paid Rs 65000/ P.A

Please explain me how can i take benefit of section 80, in above case can i take fully exmption in children tuition fee .
