AFter availing the first 10 lacs exemption you can register yourself.
The Filled in ST1 will have to be approved by the divisional office and the certificate will be given to you within 7 days, if everything is correctly adhered to.
You can avail input tax credit for your service related expenses/capital goods and after availing the same you can remit tax.
