My name is Prasad and i had gave CA-IPCC 2 times but didn't qualify.I am very Weak in Accounts Subject that i can't prepare my whole Syllabus.
Can you Suggest me the Topics that are to be Prepared in Order to Secure 50-60 Marks in the Subject.

My annual Salary/Income is below 1.8 Lacs, from which i am paying Rs. 20000 for PF & Insurance. Upto A.Y. 2009-2010 I have filed my ITR. But after that I have not file any ITR due to my short salary/Income and heavy charged of Advocate for filing each ITR. Is it Necessary to file ITR for Me?
Can i file now my old all ITRs. Is there will be any panalty/Interest on me by I.T. department for non filing of ITR?

Please reply, so that i can file my ITR, if necessary.

I am from ahmedabad and want to start industrial training in banking sector(Finance), is it permissible? if yes then please provide name of banks..

up to 31 of aug if i register myself thn i will be registered in old cs professional course but if i will register after 31 aug thn i will be registered in new course so sir i wants to know that in which course i have to register.please guide me that which one is beneficial for me.

I have passed CS Executive programme in June 2013.Now,i am Confused to choose CS Final Old Syllabus or New Syllabus.And Also the training programme Applicable to me (e.g.15 Mths./24 Mths.) if i join in the Old/New

if a person provides taxable service of 9,99,999 then is he Liable to pay Service Tax and Registration ?

I have registered myself for cs professional exam on 27th aug (before 31st aug 2013). I am eligible for all modules in June 2014 exam. But can I give 2 modules in dec 2013?
