I have completed 1.5 years of articleship. I thought of opting for Industrial training in the last year. As per ICAI rules i have to inform my principal before 3 months. But my query is.... after informing my principal if i don't get vacancies, what should i do?

And, will there be any vacancies in banks also???

Hi, one of my friend got a notice from I.T Dept. stating kindly file ITR for 2010-11, 2011-12, However he already filed ITR for the year 2009-10 & 2010-11. My question is Should he file again ITR for the year 2010-11. & what is the procedure to file ITR for the year 2011-12. His income is nil in this year. But having transaction in Bank A/c for more than 10Lacs, He got notice because of AIR. Kindly guide me in this case......

I am an architect/ interior designer practicing in Pune. I do interior plus civil turnkey contracts. For a contract value of say 1 lakh, how much shud i charge as work contract tax to my client and how much shud be the service tax. I have yet not got a right reply as different tax consultants are quoting different formulas. I have taken both s tax and wct reg. Nos.

As per clause 31(b) of the listing agreement, all listed companies are required to file Form A/B with stock exchange in case of qualified/unqualified audit report along with annual report and to be signed by CEO/MD; CFO; Auditor and Audit committee chairman.

My query is that if in any small listed company no CFO/manager accounts is appointed or is managed by an accountant employed in any group company, then who will sign the same or it may be left blank.

Client has taken loan of Rs. 5350000 from the Director.
The loan is received through two cheques on the same day.One amounts to Rs.5000000 and the other of Rs.35000?
