I WANT TO SURRENDER MY TAN NO ISSUED TO ME ON 1-4-2013 SINCE I HAVE RETURNED ALL LOANS WHICH I TOOK & NOW I DO NOT HAVE TO DEDUCT TDS SINCE I HAVE NOT TO MAKE ANY INTEREST PAYMENT. WHAT REASON SHOULD I GIVE IN MY APPLICATION FOR SURRENDER OF TDS NO.PLEASE GIVE ME A FORMAT OF LETTER ALSO IN DETAILS TO BE GIVEN TO IT DEPARTMENT
