One employee of our company is asking for a copy of Board meetings minutes (where a decision regarding his employment was taken) under RTI Act...can it be given?...can any one inspect / ask for a copy of board meetings minutes?....even under RTI Act?

Dear Experts,

In our business we sell products through various web sites,like Jabong etc. They are deducting commission while making payments to us.How do we recover TDS from them?

My articleship began on september,2011 but after termination under my previous employer there was 5months gap on joining new firm. So will i be eligible to apper in may,2014 final examination?
