18 January 2014 One employee of our company is asking for a copy of Board meetings minutes (where a decision regarding his employment was taken) under RTI Act...can it be given?...can any one inspect / ask for a copy of board meetings minutes?....even under RTI Act?

20 January 2014 RTI act mainly applies to govt institutions ., and it doesnot apply to private institutions., and in case of corporate affairs., the members of company can inspect the records but not the employees .... if he is a member of the company he can....for further details mail me to : bhargava.wisdom@gmail.com
