Deduction under 80ddb

Our company is a sub broker company.
Insurance company pays commission to Rs.90 to broker after dedducting TDS and broker transfers Rs. 63 to our company and keeps Rs. 27 with themselves.

I want to know what can be worked out as whole TDS is deducted in their name of Rs. 10 and we loss income also and dont get benefit of the same in income tax also.

Service tax late payment

Dear Sir,

Please suggest me service tax late fee interest calculation :-

Que 1. :- One of my client he do not pay any service tax from 1st April 2013 to 31st March 2014.

1st April 2013 to 30-09-2013 :- Service Tax Rs.32394 Primary Education cess Rs648 Sec. & Hgh Education cess Rs324.

1-10-2013 to 31st March 2014 Service Tax Rs. 175942 Primary Education cess RS. 3519. Sec & High Rs. 1760

Please Confirm me now how much amount he will pay with interest:

1ST QUARTER
Service Tax = ?
Primary Education Cess = ?
Sec. & High. Edu Cess = ?

as per new companies act 2013 a company cannot give loan or investment to director .

my client is director in 16-17 private companies . the companies have internal group transactions. ie loan given and taken . the compaines have purchased share in sister concern though the holding is less than 10%.
what should be done for these loans and investment according to the new companies act.

Advance aginst salary

i will taken loan from my company of Rs.100000/- in april, 2014 monthly installment from april, 2014 of rs.10000/- my total taxeble income after computation is rs.269530/- for the f.y.2014-15 So how much TDS deducted from my advance salary of rs. 1 lakh?

Capital gain on immovable property

Hello friends,

Here I like to discuss the taxability of Capital Gains in the following situation...

1. Mr A the owner of land has executed a registered power of attorney in favour of Mr. B.

2. Mr B has sold this land to Mr.C through POA.

I like to know that who will be liable for capital gains tax?? Mr A or Mr. B?
