I would be great full if you could provide with important questions for November 2013 Exam IPCC
I am just left with these two subjects please and i am very bad with theories...

I had registered for IPCC course under direct entry scheme through http://www.icai.org/directcaform.html on 21st August, 2013 and paid 12,200 fess through debit card option. I got acknowledgement no.i.e. ACKD11188286.
after that a send the printout of the same to WIRC branch bt still today i am not getting my registration no or any kind of reply from the ICAI or WIRC.

can any one help me??
how can i come to know about my registration status??
i twice mail to wirc but not get any reply...whether my form is accepted or not?

my articleship has commenced from 26/aug/13.
my last date of registration for articleship is 25/sep/13.due to some reason i am not able to submit my articleship form by that date.
by paying a late fee i can submit it,but will it affect my may 2016 final attempt????
or will it lead to november 2016 attempt????
which date will be considered for articleship beyond 30 september..????

I have Started my Articleship on 15/03/2012 & From that day to till now i have taken total 7 months leave for exams. Now i want to take TRANSFER. My Principal is also ready to give me transfer.As i completed 1 year & no any another reason (condition) matched with said by ICAI On based i can take transfer. Please tell me what should i do to take transfer???

Hi,
My query is relating to disclosure in notes to accounts for Managerial Remuneration.

During the year company has paid Rs. 8 lakhs to the director who has resigned in January (During the year ) and a new director has been appointed.

Now in notes to accounts do i need to show the payment made to him during the year.

Company has not paid anything to the new director from January to March.
