Regarding registration status

I had registered for IPCC course under direct entry scheme through https://www.icai.org/directcaform.html on 21st August, 2013 and paid 12,200 fess through debit card option. I got acknowledgement no.i.e. ACKD11188286.
after that a send the printout of the same to WIRC branch bt still today i am not getting my registration no or any kind of reply from the ICAI or WIRC.
can any one help me??
how can i come to know about my registration status??
i twice mail to wirc but not get any reply...whether my form is accepted or not?
to whom i approach for this query..

please contact your branch personally and tell them about the same.
if they not replied you properly then call delhi on 011-39893989
