sir i completed my cpt now i join in ipcc both group...can u ans my query is if i passed one group not second group thn i fell or i passed first group and i focus on only second group? both group pass compulsory or not?

I joined my articleship on 1st feb, 2013 and i want to know that as per the rule of free transferability in the first year of articleship, till when can i take transfer wth out seperate permission of icai. if i take a break or termination from articleship then when shall the one year be considered to be completed as in on completion of 12 months of training or on 1st feb 2014. for my case........ Thanks in advance..............

Im student of ca final year now im in 2nd year of articleship and the CA is not giving me any work everytime his office is locked and i worked for 3 months timing was 9.00am to 1.30pm and he even dint pay me stipend since 7 months when i have joined the office im going through great stress and tension due to this my future is just spoiled by his false statements previously i had taken transfer within one year of articleship now can i take transfer because i have lot responsibilties on me and with great difficulties i have made to pay my fees for the course till now

please help and save me urgently i need ur help

Respected Experts, I am doing b.com final year from Punjabi university and want to register for cwa inter and want to give exams in june 2014 attempt. but in b.com there is semester system and exams of 6th sem are held in may / june. so I am confused that I should register or not because there is risk of clash between exams of b.com and cwa. please give me advice.

Dear Sir/Madam,

As per the announcement made in Students' Journal of October edition regarding the extension of ITT and Orientation date from 31.01.2013 to 31.12.2013. I have registered under Direct Entry Scheme on 17th of December,2012 and have completed my Orientation Program on 9th of February, 2013 and ITT on 1st of September, 2013. So am I eligible to write an exam on coming may.

If Fixed asset is used for resale (I.e inventory),Then do we calculate depreciation on it.?
If yes then depreciation will be treated direct cost?

I am at IPC stage.
As-9 which is common for both IPC level and CA final level in Financial reporting. Whether ICAI expect from us to know sums which are also solved in CA Final.Because problems based concepts like Trade discounts and volume rebates, Advertising and insurance agency commissions etc are covered in CA final.How much depth we must go.

i have applied to icai for permission in form 112 to join other course ie. Bcom.
i have appeared bcom final year in april 2013.
and my result was announced on 10 august 2013
meanwhile in may 2013 i have joined one mew cource ie. CWA.
since i have completed Bcom but i have not taken any permission from icai till now
Now i want to fill form 112 with late fee
but i am not certain of period from may 2013 to august 2013???
and when my bcom will deemed to be completed whether on april 2013 on appearing in exam or on declaration of result???
what should i do.. fill 112 or not???
