I need Salary amount in help of Percentage and challan amount. can u tell me a simple formula to calculate salary amount.

Q1)How investment transaction helps for Redemption of Preference shares? While solving problems I have not seen any cash which got due to sale of investment is utilized for payment of Preference shares.

i joined ca after graduation through direct entry scheme . my ipcc is due on Nov 14 . according to rules i have to undergo 9 months of Articleship first. i have started my preparation . should i try for big 4 or mediocre firms for Articleship.. i don't want to hamper my studies . pls suggest .
