what date you mentioned as date of start of articleship in form 103 is relevant

Two things:
1. The documents including 102 is subject to peer review. So conflict between 102 and 103 may get questioned
2. ICAI doesnt ask for 102 in good faith. That doesn't mean we disregard its sanctity
3. In case the delay in submission of 103 is delayed by 180 days, 102 is also required.
