Can anyone please tell me if an article wants transfer in 2nd year, does he have to submit proof of the reason of transfer to ICAI for obtaining permission???

I knw it is a silly question but important is I want to be clear of myself . I want to knw whether it is necessary to start new questions in fresh pages in ca exams??? morevover 'new questions' here means main questions(q-1,2,3...?? or else even sub questions ( q-1(a),(b)...) are also to be started in fresh pages??

I am articled assistant under direct entry system, my attempt will be in may 2014,,, i am unable to manage the time for study.. i just want to know after 9 months of articleship is it ok if i drop it and concentrate on my IPCC and after clearing exam i would restart my articleship please revert me...

hello experts I am in ca final and I got a letter from icai stating that I have 110 days excess leaves... I have my final attempt in may 14 so would this excess leaves effect my attempt or just they need to be served after the exams . plz help thanking u

After 9 months of articleship, i took transfer & started articleship for the balance period under another ca. I have completed 1 year of articleship under my present ca. Now my ca is morally harassing me. I want transfer but due to restrictions on transfer during 2nd year & also being unable to produce any witness against my ca, i am tensed. My ca is threatning me to ruin my career & also he is not signing on transfer form on the ground that i mis behaved with him.
Is it possible to do the articleship for 2 years & 9 months from a new ca as my current ca will neither sign on my transfer form nor allow me to carry on my articleship under him...

Can i take 6 month continuous leave before final exam?since i didn't take any further leave for any other exams,my total leave upto today around 30 days(which are genuine)..my xam falls on november 2014,but my principal doesnot allow me to take continous leave as my wish,as he wants me to take 3 month split up viz leave for doing his next tax audit works..since i didn't attended any class yet.what i do sir?whether any provision in ca regulation act?do you have any suggestions sir?
