Dear Sir
My Articleship completed on 15-10-2013. As per rule within 30 days send form 108. But i have a doubt that i serve 1st 15 months of my training under one ca and balance with other. only after getting termination from icai i jointed the new firm. so while filing form 108 i have to mention any details of my previous articleship?

no... you are supposed to enter only the period served under current principal. Your earlier articleship details have already been submitted to the institute via form 109.

Agreed, no need to give any previous detail. This Form-108 will be given by your current principal. So you give the current Principal details.
