I am starting studies after a very long time.I had cleared gr 1 Final long time back and after that there was a very big gap from studies.Now I want to prepare for gr 2 so that I can clear it by nov 2014.Everything appears new to me and I have bought new study mat for papers 5 and6(new syllabus).Please tell me whether it is possible to clear gr 2 by nov 2014 and how should I approach.Regards

Hello every one I'm IPCC Direct entry student and my friend also like the same. He submitted his Article ship form through speed post on 16th Dec 2013. But the problem is he forgot to fill the details regarding DD(fees payment detail). But he enclose the fees receipt of the institute with article ship form. is any problem he suffer for this.
Please reply because he so tensed about it.

i had passed my ca pcc in may 2011 and got my training completed in nov 2011,but yet not able to pass my final exam
due to some personal prob i also had not yet completed gmcs.

I am doing Article ship completed 5 months and while filing the the form i haven't filled form no 112 because i was unaware about that. Now i want to ask that can i file that form voluntarily.. whether any kind of penalty is leviable on me?

If name availed under companies act,1956 by filing form 1A is valid for 60 days can it be further extended now, there was provision earlier to extend it for 30 days.
can anyone give details regarding extension of name for a company.
