I m livin in Mumbai. and student of Law college in 2nd Year.I have an interest in Taxation matters?
my qyestion is
1 What is a role & scope of Advocate in Direct and Indirect tax field?
2. How to i get Membership number frm Bar Council?
3. Can an Advocate Sign VAT/Tax audit Report?

he can represent the clients for tax litigation.
