I want to terminate my articles ship,i am entered into my articles ship from 18.09.2013 almost completed 1 year 4 months,if i terminate my articles ship what is the impact of my final exam?

what we need to learn during artical ship trining? i joined articalship 5 months ago,
but till my sir did not giving any work except going to bank, post office,some filing returns to department,paying electicity bills,phone bills etc.many times he scolding telling for me language problem,but many student doing articalship in bangalore who came from same region andhra

I sent one sea shipment to Nhava Sheva, shipment under drawback scheme, (FOB Value Rs.56 Lacs, DB Amount Rs.5,78,000/-) during examination custom dept. raised query and shipment released provisionally after 35 days with 100% examination. (As I know export shipment can not hold) Till date drawback hold (not given), I have Export house certificate and requested no need to pay Bank Guarantee, I submitted Bond an Bank Guarantee. Also due to particular that shipping bill no. hold IEC cold, I am not getting other DBK. Over all after personal hearing the case solved as a Genuine case, what to do further for Drawback.

I have registered for CS executive program for appearing in June 2014 attempt. Recently i came to know that before appearing to the exams i need complete the following two programs
1. Student Induction Program(SIP).
2. Compulsory Computer Training Program.

As Iam doing my CA articles and more ever Iam going to attempt my ca final in Nov14, I was not able to complete these programs. So please suggest me that weather there is any possibility to write CS executive Exams without completing these programs by sending request letter to CS board. If it is there please suggest me the format

Dear Experts

Ours is a private company. We are filing annual accounts for a newly incorporated company which was incorporated on 23.11.2012. Therefore, the due date for holding the AGM is 31.12.2013 for the period 23.11.2012 and ending on 31.3.2013. Our AGM date is 30.12.2013.

We have finalised the annual accounts, auditors report and directors report. However, there seems to be some confusion with regard to the dates.

The annual accounts, directors report and notice for calling AGM has been signed by the directors on 18.12.2013. However, the auditors report has been signed on 20.12.2013.

I am a trainee and when I sent the form 23AC and 23ACA for certification to the PCS, he came back saying that we have not complied with the Companies Act, 1956.

I am really confused as to what is the correct procedure. The companies act clearly says that the annual accounts, directors report and schedules and notes after approval of the Board needs to be sent to the auditors for their report. Doesn't this mean that the annual accounts and director's report has to be signed prior to the auditor's report?

Please clarify.

Hlo sir...i have cleard my ipcc...n aftr doing ca i dnt wanna do practice n want to do job...bt still it hs been difficult fr me to get artclshp in top firms n may join a medium firm in nxt month...with ca i wud do cs n aftr ca i wud go fr mba or cfa...so plz tel me will it be easy fr me to get a job easily with gud package with all these qualificatns if i do artclship frm a medium firm??

I am confused between skipping an attempt to increase my preparation level or not. I want to try for a Rank in CA final but my preparations are not up to the mark. Does a Rank matter in getting a job or an passing early attempt.

P.S. My first attempt is already gone due to my other commitments. So please do not say that passing in first attempt is a benefit.
