11 January 2014 what we need to learn during artical ship trining? i joined articalship 5 months ago,
but till my sir did not giving any work except going to bank, post office,some filing returns to department,paying electicity bills,phone bills etc.many times he scolding telling for me language problem,but many student doing articalship in bangalore who came from same region andhra

kindly sugest me, but i can't change the firm

Take it positive & in good spirit, it is in your benefit only.

You need to improve on your language & you should start it from today itself, remember first impression is like habit & it takes long time to change.

So you can not make changes overnight, but with your positive spirit you can achieve changes you need.

Work along with your seniors & learn at least one new thing daily. Also do reading of new things which can help you in day ot day working.
