11 January 2014 I sent one sea shipment to Nhava Sheva, shipment under drawback scheme, (FOB Value Rs.56 Lacs, DB Amount Rs.5,78,000/-) during examination custom dept. raised query and shipment released provisionally after 35 days with 100% examination. (As I know export shipment can not hold) Till date drawback hold (not given), I have Export house certificate and requested no need to pay Bank Guarantee, I submitted Bond an Bank Guarantee. Also due to particular that shipping bill no. hold IEC cold, I am not getting other DBK. Over all after personal hearing the case solved as a Genuine case, what to do further for Drawback.

11 January 2014 it seems that your CHA is not experienced person.

why custom provisionally passed the shipping bill? actually a lot of CHA staff is not familiar to foreign trade policy, that is why the custom passed the provisionally shipment...

it may be possible that custom intention is occurs in rate mentioned in shipping bill or items does not occurs in the drawback schedule a lot of reason can be for provisionally shipment ...

for check in icegate website please provide shipping bill NO.and dt and port of export as well as IEC CODE ..

please just tell me above said details so that i could reply after the examine .

u can also provide the copy of EP COPY shipping bill me... so that i can after examine post reply..

Thank you for prompt reply and asked for more details, sorry for delay to submit IEC, S.B.
OUR IEC 2408004781, Dt. 07-10-2008.
Shipping Bill No. 7771232, Dt. 01-10-2013, export from Nhava Sheva, POD - Antwerpen (Belgium).

We have exported brass neutral link, terminal block with steel screws fitted on it. In Invoice and Packing List we have shown weight and value seperate, the same in shipping bill, means screws are free, we have mentioned RITC = 85389000, Drawback code 853802A @ 11.5 on only Brass, steel screws are free. (We have considered it as a composite product) as per notification no. 92 / 2012 - Customs (N.T.), dated the 4th October, 2012, para no. (16).

Also note that shipping bill has total 11 page, we can send it by courier, if you require.

Please suggest, thank you in advance.
