I want to terminate my articles ship,i am entered into my articles ship from 18.09.2013 almost completed 1 year 4 months,if i terminate my articles ship what is the impact of my final exam?

i believe you mean to say that you started articleship in september 2012 instead of 2013!!!
well first point is whether can get termination or not given that ICAI allows transfer only on a very few grounds after completion of 1st year...and your attempt can take a hit but that will depend on when you rejoin the articleship..
