A XYZ pvt co expects that govt will issue next month a grant of Rs 2500000. Co want to book its income as contingent grant.

please guide me about the treatment of contingent income which is going to be received but sanction letter is not yet received.

Will it affect my job prospect if i have taken more than 1 transfer during my CA article training. And i haven't gone for Industrial Training. None of the firms I have worked in have a name that will ring a bell in anybody's ear. On the other hand, having been to more than 2 firms I know exactly how a firm should operate and have wide exposure in various fields related to tax, auditing and law.

Also will the names of all the firms come in my articles certificate (not sure if it s called that). The answer to this will help me draft my resume better.

Ans:- ( in text book of cma paper 6) an agreement which is enforceable at option of one or more parties thereto but not at the option of other or others is a voidable contract
Instead of this i can write like below
Ans:- acceptance of contract is done by wrong communication,cheating & some other Illegal obligation then those contracts are known as voidable contract

I am registered for article ship on 1st May 2012. So, my 2&1/2 year will be completed on 31st October 2014. Now I want to appearing CA Final examination in Nov'14. Whether I will be eligible or not? Please comply.

Sir/mam plz advice. I have completed 1year 4 months of articleship in khandwa. But due to my severe back pain ,i want to shift to indore my home town and take transfer in indore ca firm.

Whether i would be permited by icai to take transfer on my medical grounds.
My boss is ready to gve me transfer.
