Qut:- voidable contract write a short note
Ans:- ( in text book of cma paper 6) an agreement which is enforceable at option of one or more parties thereto but not at the option of other or others is a voidable contract
Instead of this i can write like below
Ans:- acceptance of contract is done by wrong communication,cheating & some other Illegal obligation then those contracts are known as voidable contract

can anybody please explain me the meaning of good cleared for home consumption sec 2(25) of customs defines imported good ...any goods brought into India from a place outside India but dose not include good which are cleared for home consumption what s the purpose of excluding goods for home consumption. for determination of rate of duty also goods for home consumption are considered seperate

again i registered myself on 11/12/13
now i want to take transfer again on 5/3/14
can i take transfer as i think my article ship period is 11 months and 15 days
