while calculating book profit should interest paid to partners (12%)be reduced or it should be addedd back to the profit and then remuneration to be calculated

My friend is persuing ca IPCC in articleship0. He wanted to do further course along with ca there is confusion regarding which course to take up to add more value to his career. He is confused about CMA OR CFA.
Please suggest which is best?

Dear Seniors,
I want to know whether Companies Act,2013 will be applicable for Nov'14 exam ?

Companies Act is for 70 marks in Law paper & its effect will also reflect in subject like Audit too.

So,from preparation point of view for theory subjects like Law & Audit,it is high time that ICAI need to give their decision regarding applicability of Companies Act,2013 for Nov'14 CA(Final) exams.

Kindly give your views/opinions on this...

My IPCC registration date was 01.02.2010 and it expired on 01.02.2014. By mistakenly i have submitted my IPCC group-2 exam form without revalidation. Could you please let me know any alternative source, so that i can resolve this issue at the earliest?

I completed Ipcc both groups. on feb 19th 2013 i registerd for articleship and due to an unexpected sudden death of my aunt, i had to discontinue my articleship within 3months itself .so on may 27th 2013 i submitted form 109.till date i have not joined any firms.. i want to continue my articleship.. its almost 10 months gap.. can i registered for articleship and continue my ca final...?? kindly some one reply me ASAP.. ITs urgent.

My friend Is doing CA Articleship in Chandigarh and lives in PG on rent of Rs.7000 (including conveyance and food and all necessities) in Chandigarh but his actual residence is in Gobindgarh which at a distance of about 53 or 54 km from Chandigarh. His father has a shop of confectionery but now from the past few months the income of his father is converted to loss. He and his family are now suffering financial crises due to which he is now unable to pay his rent of PG. His is on stipend and his family is paying all his expenses. Now he wants to take termination and to do some job so that he can makes himself and his family financially stable. Is there any provision in ICAI for this situation so that he can overcome from this situation?

Im pursuing ICWAI inter and working full time because of poverty and wrote my last exam in dec13. I given 3 attempt, but then i didnt cleared it. Feeling more because of my failure, please guide me to score more and to clear my exams. Anyone help me to clear it.
