Dear Seniors,
I want to know whether Companies Act,2013 will be applicable for Nov'14 exam ?
Companies Act is for 70 marks in Law paper & its effect will also reflect in subject like Audit too.
So,from preparation point of view for theory subjects like Law & Audit,it is high time that ICAI need to give their decision regarding applicability of Companies Act,2013 for Nov'14 CA(Final) exams.
Kindly give your views/opinions on this...

there is no clarity yet. it is possible that some portions (98 section already notified) may be included. you are correct it has a bearing on many subjects. But I dont see any clarification coming anytime soon.
you should prepare other subjects and non-companies act related portions of law and audit. leave the companies act part for the later stages of preparation.
