Tds on sale of immovable property

This query is : Resolved

05 March 2014 Sir,
At the time of sale of immovable property we should have to file form no 26QB. There are 3 buyers & 1 seller then how to file the form 26QB.
Whether we have to file 3 forms separately, if yes, then how the TDS amount should be distributed.

05 March 2014 Hello,

TDS amount and amount paid shared based on their shares in property itself and they have to file individual return for individual buyer.

Regards,
Neha Chauhan
