06 March 2014 I have a dought on answering the question in examination
The dought is how to answer
Example
Qut:- voidable contract write a short note
Ans:- ( in text book of cma paper 6) an agreement which is enforceable at option of one or more parties thereto but not at the option of other or others is a voidable contract
Instead of this i can write like below
Ans:- acceptance of contract is done by wrong communication,cheating & some other Illegal obligation then those contracts are known as voidable contract

06 March 2014 U have to the write the definition same as written, it is better to write ur definition in example.

For Example in definition u write the definition (as given in mat) & end ur answer by proper example.

In that case u r secured that I wrote whatever is written in the book.
