In the end of first year of my articleship I took transfer and filed my termination letter with icai along with Re-registration letter under another CA.
Then ICAI sent me a re-regn letter along with specifying that I've taken excess leave of 13 days.
Now I want to ask what is its implication?
What forms do I need to file on completion.

Following are my particulars:-

A"ship started: 23-08-2011
Transferred : 20-07-2012
A"ship joined in current firm : 23-07-2012
Excess leave taken upto 20-07-2012 as per Re-regn letter: 13 days

Disregarding those excess leave my A'ship normally completes on 24-08-2014.
What should be my line of action.

my principal forcing me to continue my extention in their firm only and also he has the blank copy of form 107 with my signature bt i dont want to continue my article ship in their firm...so please suggest me what all are the remedies available to me...as my form 108 is not sign yet by my principal......

my articlship is completed on 23/08/2014 & I submitted the form 108 to institute indicating excess leave of 45 days.my query is that I have to do extension under other chartered accountant, can I do so?& whether I have to fill other form from previous chartered for serving extension under other chartered accountant? please help

I applied for reverifiaction of my paper 2 but there was option to refund of money in case of change in marks and I choosed that , but I confused about refund of money , is that such refund money is of exam fees
