I got study material from ICSI for executive the study mat for Company law which i got is 1956 now Can i get study mat for Company Law 2013 from ICSI , how can i get it

i have got 100 marks in cpt and now i am in IPCC but all are telling me that its not my cup of tea and telling me that i will fail in it can you please tell me how do i study for IPPC and is there any criteria that only above 150 pass in IPCC plz give me the answer ?????

I am little bit confused between dinesh madan and manish vallecha which is besttttt book among these two. So that i can clear my exam . pleaseee help. As i had purchases dinesh madan but as i see the review of this in net many student is saying that this is not a good book
