cancelation of reverification of ipcc papers

29 August 2014 I applied for reverifiaction of my paper 2 but there was option to refund of money in case of change in marks and I choosed that , but I confused about refund of money , is that such refund money is of exam fees
please sir guide me about this.

In case any discrepancy is observed in the marks the verification fees paid will be refunded.
