31 August 2014 i have enrolled in IPCC Direct entry scheme along with i filled ATC fees in oct 2013, and doing article-ship as i have my ipcc attemp in nov 2014.
I want to have my ATC certificate but now the counselor at vishwas nager delhi is saying i cant get Accounting Technician Certificate after i completed 1 group of IPCC because i have not done ATC training
What is the difference between Article-ship and Accounting Technician Certificate Training.
