Respected senior's I WANT TO KNOW ABOUT SEC40(3) RULES FOR PAYMENT IN CASH. IS IT FOR PER HEAD WITH PER PERSON OR PER PERSON MEANS IF ANY COMPANY REIMBURSE EXPENSE TO THEIR STAFF FOR TA 19000 & FOODING 4500 IN CASH ON A SINGLE DAY TO SAME PERSON...... CAN COMPANY ARE ALLOWED TO GIVE REIMBURSMENT UNDER DIFF HEAD

I gave both groups of IPCC but could clear only 2nd group having more than 40 marks in individual subjects with no exemption. Do I need to give 2nd group again in next attempt along with 1st group of IPCC or I can continue with giving 1st group only ?

I am CA finals student my final exams are due in November 2015 but I am willing to give exam only in May 2016 next year. I have heard that the syllabus for finals is going to change shortly. Now, I am confused as to what should I do? Should I get my Registration currently or should I wait until new course arrives and get registered in new course?

My articleship training got entended and i filed 103 form for extension upto 28.02.2015, but it seems according to calculation of leaves by icai it should extend upto 31.03.2015. Should i submit 108 form on completion of training on 28.02.2015 with this completion date or with 31.03.2015

I recently passed my IPCC 1st group and now i am about to join articleship. I am in BCOM Part-3 and and i will be appearing those exams in march. As I am in BCOM third year which will come to end upto march last i want to get registered for CS Executive as soon as possible and tomorrow is the last date for getting registered in CS Executive so that i can appear for december attempt. I want to know whether i am eligible for doing that nd if yes then in form 112 what should i mention as my additional course with CA.Please help me soon.
