Revision of order u/s 263

Can anyone provide me with case laws relating to where CIT is not allowed to revise an order u/s 263 when an appeal relating to the same case is already going on in the ITAT.

The CIT has no power to revise any order u/s 264 if the order is the subject matter of an appeal before the ITAT.
