I WANT TO KNOW ABOUT SEC40(3) RULES FOR PAYMENT IN CASH.
IS IT FOR PER HEAD WITH PER PERSON
OR PER PERSON
MEANS IF ANY COMPANY REIMBURSE EXPENSE TO
THEIR STAFF FOR TA 19000 &
FOODING 4500 IN CASH ON A SINGLE DAY TO SAME PERSON......
CAN COMPANY ARE ALLOWED TO GIVE REIMBURSMENT UNDER DIFF HEAD

ti does not speak of per head etc it simply says any exp paid in excess of rs 20,000 in a single day to a single person shall be disallowed.
