My sister is studying degree B.com computers.
I dont know where to make her step after this..
She failed Cpt 2 times and now she`s no more interested in CA,CWA and CS.

If a CA final student serving last six months of articled training who have subbmmitted exam form duly signed by his principal with declaration by him that he is serving last six months training under him including excess leave if any...... is this declaration by principal confirms 2.5yrs of training under him and if in future any dispute arises between him and the article,so maximum what he can do with his training....can he can write futher leaves of more than 6months in his form no. 108.....??? is this declaration enough to confirm 2.5 yrs of article training served??

Service provider rease a bill after providing services to his service receiver & before receiving an bill amount provider deposited the service tax amount to deparment after that receiver refuses for the payment of bill....in this situation service provider can take a rebate of service tax paid in this bill ?

While registering for CPT, I had provided an email to receive updates from the institute. Now, I use another email and want to stop receiving updates on my old email. Is there a way to update the email ID with the institute? While registering for IPCC and finals, I have provided an update email, yet I continue to receive emails on my old ID. Does anyone know the procedure?

Hello everyone I m a student of ca and my issue is that when i study ek baar me Kuch samjh nai Aata and dobaara Pado toh mereko Vo learn ho jaata hai and because of that mere basics weak hi reh jaate hair and I am not able to gain confidence in my studies and this is happening with me always and because of this in exam room I don't remember much..so please any of you can guide me on how to solve this problem.... please its a little bit urgent....PLEASE HELP.

Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I have a query regarding the hardwork done by articles on their articleship time
the query as follows :

1. As per the Guidelines an article is to work approx 38 hrs in a week
if he works approx 52 hrs(9.30AM - 6.00PM * 6 DAYS)can he claim the excess hrs - if YES in which form whether leave or in cash.

2.The Great action done by ICAI of increasing stipend
is this stipend is for 35 hrs , then the excess hours worked can be claimed on the bases of this.

3. The leave allowed to an article is 1/6 of article period served, is this alowed leave is paid leave.

4.If an article is not avail any leave during 2.5 years , can he claim the allowed leave provide by ICAI - if yes then how, what is to be done.

5.If a principle deducting payout as stipend on the basis of late coming to office i.e at 9.45AM (office working start at 9.30AM) , can he do so , because as per ICAI the working can not be start after 11.00AM , what to do

at the completion of articleship the leave calculated on the basis of stipend in hand
in which already deduction is their for late coming , what remedy available .

Hoping the all my queries will resolve as soon as possible .
