02 April 2015 sir,
If a CA final student serving last six months of articled training who have subbmmitted exam form duly signed by his principal with declaration by him that he is serving last six months training under him including excess leave if any...... is this declaration by principal confirms 2.5yrs of training under him and if in future any dispute arises between him and the article,so maximum what he can do with his training....can he can write futher leaves of more than 6months in his form no. 108.....??? is this declaration enough to confirm 2.5 yrs of article training served??

02 April 2015 this form the article is in his last 6 months of training and hence its enough for confirmation in exam form.

but for completion he must not mention any further leaves or still any extention may apply
