please advise,which book is refer in CA Final Accounts.

My doubt is that, can a aggregate passing (Set-off) is applicable for both groups in second attempt if i have secured exemption in one or two subject in earlier attempt.
Detailed Explaination -
In nov-14 attempt i was appeared for both groups and secure exemption in 2 subject of group one but failed both groups because i secure less than 40 in law.
In may-15 i again appear for both groups subject to exemption in 2 subjects of group one.

In may 15 results suppose i got marks in Group-1 more than 200 and in group-2 less than 150.
But i secure aggregate 350 marks in total in both groups. In such situation am i declared to be passed.
Please give me reply as earlier as passible.

My Articleship is completed on 24-05-2015 and i have also filed form 108 for completion of articleship. But i have received Termination letter dated 12-06-2015 from Institute for Extension of Articleship by 16 days. Now my question is whether franking is to be done in form 107 or bachdated (25-05-2015) Stamp Paper can be used ??

If Franking in Form 107 is to be done my articleship starts from franking date.. and if i have taken Stamp Paper then in Stamp Paper what is to be written and what procedure is to be followed in case of Stamp Paper ??

I have originally registered for articleship training on 27-oct-2012 but due to my personal reasons i have take termination on 31.07.2013 and joined my new employer office from 01.08.2013 hence i have submit the form 103 along with form 109. but as the process of joining involves stamp paper I HAVE ENTER THE DATE OF STAMP PAPER IN FORM 103 (FOR RE - REGISTRATION)INSTEAD OF 01.08.2013 (DATE OF MY JOINING NEW OFFICE)HENCE I WANT TO RECTIFY THAT PROBLEM KINDLY PROVIDE ME THE BEST SOLUTION FOR THIS PROBLEM.

is it possible to prepare both group.
i already finished the sfm,fr, & my DT is going on...& on august 2015 my idt will start..it will take 20 days to finish.

Sir I have submitted my Form- 108 but due to mismatch of signature of My Principal I have to submit an undertaking letter written by my Principal.

So I want to ask whether the letter can be handwritten or has to be typed properly and submit???
