I registered articles on 1st april 2015 went to office for couple of days and took leave for may 15 grp 2 xams. and from june 1st onward going continuously.

Will those days that i took leave for xam preparation be considered absent? and is there any rules regarding the day of the month, within which, stipend should be paid?

Kindly assist me...

05 July 2015 except for the period between first and the last exam, all other days when you didnt attend office will be counted as leave.

06 July 2015 Thank you.and could you also assist me for the second clarification, is there any rules regarding the day of the month within which, stipend should be paid?

i am yet to open bank account,is this ok to open account at our convenience or is there any time period?

06 July 2015 till the time you dont exceed overall limit for leaves, stipend should be paid.

With regards to receiving the stipend, it should be done through cheque or direct transfer to bank only. So open the account ASAP
