My company would like to do their tax returns by self or by company accountant? So are they require or CA registration no. is mandatory for filing any kind of tax returns?

If yes, then when & why?
IF no, then how?

06 July 2015 You have to finalize tax audit report before the due date of filing of return and tax audit report has to be filed on line along with return.
