I have completed my article training. I have excees leave of 16 days. For this I am submitting form 103. In para no. 10 of particulars of employer of name of the articled assistant(s) undergoing articled training, there is an article who has completed her articles but she has submitted her form 107 with the employer, do i have to disclose her name in the form.

There is so much confusion in Asset Classification
under 3 categories

Furniture & Fixtures
Plant & Machinery (General)
Office Equipment.

Some says that assets which are used wholly for the purpose of Business should be classified into Plant & Machinery
So, going by that accord, Testing Equipment,
Weight & Measurement should be classified under Plant & Machinery.

But according to the definition given for office equipment , it has been mentioned that which do not require personal attention, like fax, copiers, etc.

and what Air conditioners, FAN & Refridgetors, are they come under Furniture & Fixtures.

Special provision for full value of consideration for transfer of assets other than capital assets in certain cases.—(1) Where the consideration received or accruing as a result of the transfer by an assessee of an asset (other than a capital asset), being land or building or both, is less than the value adopted or assessed or assessable by any authority of a State Government for the purpose of payment of stamp duty in respect of such transfer, the value so adopted or assessed or assessable shall, for the purposes of computing profits and gains from transfer of such asset, be deemed to be the full value of the consideration received or accruing as a result of such transfer.

I have a doubt regarding classification of Service under Works contract and Construction Service. For example, a service receiver (commercial concern) engaged a contractor for executing a cable laying work with materials required for the work being provided by the Service receiver except cement, sand, iron etc. The contractor would supply labour and the necessary construction materials for the work.( Material purchased by the contractor is meager in comparison to the contract value). The above work provided by the contractor would come under Commercial construction Service or Works contract Service? Kindly Clarify

Dear expert

My principal is forcing me to quit my articleship or take transfer on baseless allegation, i have served 2 years of my articleship and now only 1 year is left, he usually tortures me and always scolds on baseless things, in past he has spoiled many of my seniors life this way. he never fears to anyone , he makes us and our parents to cry and beg for mercy in front of him by this he gets satisfaction, please suggest me the ways to get out of this, he is saying if i don't quit he will write to institute and terminate by taking false reasons. please help i'm in serious trouble.
