Is there any changes in audit or corporate law of CA final nov 15 attempt ????Compare may 2015

sir my registration of ipcc course is going to expire on
21 aug 2015 . i want to know that is it
necessary for me to revalidate the registration
after 21 aug immediately or i can revalidate it
after my nov 2015 attempt . or i have to
revalidate it before 21 aug 2015 ? and if i can
revalidate after nov 2015 attempt than what
may be its consequences ? plzz guide me

Hi I had registered for IPCC in August,2011. Cleared Group I in May 2012, but due to some reasons couldn't clear group II till May 2015. So do I need to re register for ipcc ?? can someone help me wid it's procedures ??

Dear Sir's, there is no expected business so we cancelled registration online and submitted at excise office. before that we are filing returns regularly nil returns, but last year there was a huge input is available in books we sold less rate where we purchased and made cenvat zero. to be frank we never paid duty in PLA but paid in CENVAT by debiting input. now superintendent asking us to go audit compassionate for valanterly audit since we never fall under audit. because there is less then 50lacs cenvat. superintendent saying if there is no issues can give confirmation of closing. please let us know this is right practice, and kindly suggest further process for smooth closing of registration. Thanks
