Articleship termination after two years of service

31 July 2015 Dear expert

My principal is forcing me to quit my articleship or take transfer on baseless allegation, i have served 2 years of my articleship and now only 1 year is left, he usually tortures me and always scolds on baseless things, in past he has spoiled many of my seniors life this way. he never fears to anyone , he makes us and our parents to cry and beg for mercy in front of him by this he gets satisfaction, please suggest me the ways to get out of this, he is saying if i don't quit he will write to institute and terminate by taking false reasons. please help i'm in serious trouble.

31 July 2015 why dont u write to the institute before he does
lodge a formal complaint with ICAI.

31 July 2015 state the facts as they stand...remember you are just a student...he has more to lose if a complaint is lodged against him

31 July 2015 sir i have heard in such cases institute is always with the member and not with articles.
I'm totally worried from last two days sir.

31 July 2015 last I checked there is no such public data to conform with what you have heard...

in case you don't wanna go on this road, then try going for industrial training..

31 July 2015 thank you sir , i will take termination based on medical reasons and join industrial training after 2 months ,is it ok sir.
