Can Certified Financial Planner course can be done along with CA Course. Is it beneficial of that doing with CA course. What is duration of CFP course. If possible, when to start preparation of CFP along with CA course. please clarify me?

I am CA final student , i have two query:

1) While filling the CA exam form, is it necessary to fill "Last appearance of Exam", since i wrote in the year 2013, i don't remember the hall ticket number.
2) For Revalidation of Final course, to which favour , i should take DD - whether it payable in chennai or delhi ?

If My Articleship Completed on 08.08.2015 and I am going to submit my Exam Form on 15.08.2015,So in this case Certificate of Service in Exam form Asking for Signature of Principal Employer.

Now Question is that as i have submitted Form 108 On 14.08.2015.But Confirmation Letter from ICAI will reach me within 1 month from the said. date now in which category i have to fill the details for certificate of Service either 1)Completing Articleship on or before 31.10.2015 or completed Articleship(Confirmation letter to be attached).
