Mercantile Law by N. D. Kapoor especially practical problems given at end of the chapters.

5. COST AND MANGEMENT A/C- COST ACCOUNTING refer VASIST AND SAXSENA & STUDY MATERIAL

6. OPERTIONS MANAGEMENT & MIS: STUDY MATERIAL IS MORE THAN ENOUGH
