Myself Swarali. I completed CA in india and was doing job in India.Now i am in USA with my husband. I am on dependent Visa (H4).
So cant do job.I am here 2 years from now. I can extent my stay.
Can anybody suggest which course should i do?.Which will be useful in India later.

Hi. With respect to articleship leave there is a rule that leave taken in excess of 1/6th of period of service reduced by the actual leave taken shall be considered as EXCESS LEAVE taken. I worked with two employers and I am now working with third employer. Already I had excess leave of 42 days with my previous employers. Can this excess leave be compensated by taking less leave from my present employer? i.e Will ICAI calculate my leave on aggregate of my period of service with all my 3 employers? If I take less leave from my present employer will that excess leave of 42 days get compensated?

* Will Syllabus change a lot from Nov 2015 for May 2016 exams?
