if due to any reason ..name is not automatically appear in the ca final exam form after filling required information...nd my form became provisional....plz tell me what extra documents is to be sent with pdf print out...

The word provisional is there in most forms... rest u can first call the helpline nos for confirming abt the requirements of more documents when ur name is actually not appearing in the form...
