I have joined in articles on 30 th april 2015, and consented principal about transfer and got out of firm on june 30th 2015 and i have given form 109 for termination and i have joined in another firm and have been working there since july yet i didn't submit form 109 and i didn't register with new firm what should i do now about form 109 and re registration
please specify requirements of late submission form 109

I have passed my CA Final exams in may 2015 attempt. It was a provisional attempt as per ICAI since the attempt was after 2.5 years of articleship.Now I have taken some leaves after may 15 due to which my principal is extending my articleship by 20 days. Now if my articleship gets extended, will my ca final attempt be considered invalid?

recently i have completed my articles. at the time of registration of articles i wrote i was intended to pursue icwa as other course but after registration and up to completion of articles i didnt take up any other course. now i received letter stating that condonation of delay of submitting form 112 pay the amt rs 1000. is it compulsory to pay the amt even if we didnt take up any other course.please tell me the process

I want to know if a company is registered in western region of icai list to provide industrial training then can it provide training in southern region also?

sir, im ca ipcc student. after my first attempt i lost my interest completely on studies. i tried to sitdown and start preparing bt as soon as i open my book i start dreaming im gonna fail as i have done no hardwork and i dont have any knowledge of any subject except law.i dont wanted to be a looser and i want to be a chartered accountant..please help, im in depression..

Sir, i want to ask a query that if a student whos articleship completion date is over and now the articled assistant has to get his form number 108 signed by his principal.....but the principal is refusing to sign form number 108 , then in that case what are the remedies available to the article assistant..

I have send my articleship registration form to icai under the principal who have no vacancy.
what will be the consequences.
Till now I have served for more than six months under the same principle, no rejection letter is received from icai.
Because I have to send some documents to complete my articleship form that I have send.
Icai will reject my registration then what will I do.
Will my serving period be counted in or not , if i will send the form in any other partner of the firm.

I have so far completed my 1.10 years of my training and have decided to pursue my remaining period of articleship i.e. from December by opting Industrial Training option.

However,my main concern is that I have not yet received the stipend from my principal from April,2015. Total dues from April '2015 to November,2015 shall be Rs. 20,000.00.

I really can,t afford to lose as there is a high chances that my principal will not pay the stipend out of his own willingness ( did the same with my Seniors). I am incurring huge expenses on conveyance to go to an audit place as well.

Therefore reimbursement of my stipend is my urgent need................Please guide me

Hello everyone. My IPCC attempt is due in upcoming month and I am unable to grap up the studies due to hectic work schedule. I have been granted 15days study leave. Would appreciate if someone could guide me on how to start off with. I am very much comfortable in group 2. Also group 1 needs much focus on business law and costing.
