Condonation of delay in submission of form 112

12 October 2015 recently i have completed my articles. at the time of registration of articles i wrote i was intended to pursue icwa as other course but after registration and up to completion of articles i didnt take up any other course. now i received letter stating that condonation of delay of submitting form 112 pay the amt rs 1000. is it compulsory to pay the amt even if we didnt take up any other course.please tell me the process

13 October 2015 if you hadn't joined any course.. write a reply of that letter to icai that u were intended only but you actually hadn't joined any course. with all relevant details
